How to leave smoking in 10 days ?

Smoking is one of the worst habits someone can have. Chain smokers ( or even the ones who are not ) are having hard time leaving it.

Even though when you buy a pack of cigarettes you will see something like " Smoking will kill you " or " Smoking will cause you lung cancer " etc, people are still buying them. Is it because they don't care or is it addiction ?
Some doctors say that if a smoker wants to leave cigarettes, it's better to do it at once, then gradually. It's because it's a lot harder to do this for weeks or even months, then to just put up with those 2-3 hard days.

Most people ( who are smokers ) need to go for a walk after they eat, for at least 15 minutes.
That is the best solution, because if you do this, and not just sit around, you will have some fresh air, and you will not have a desire to take a cigarette. Otherwise, you will probably take one.
It's good thing to eat properly for the first five days, at certain time and go to bed at a normal time, because you will not feel exhausted, because if your nerves are, you will again have a desire to smoke a cigarette.

Taking a bath in a warm water, two to three times a day for 15 to 20 minutes will annul the desire for a cigarette.
When you decide to stop smoking, first three days are the hardest. After five days the desire for a cigarette will either be small or nonexistent.

If you manage to avoid cigarettes for ten days, you are probably cured.
