Here's how you can curb smoking

Smoking has been known for being an inducer of many health issues. Be it heart attack, cancer, tumor, asthma, general breathing problems, stroke or anything else, smoking tobacco puts our lives into danger. If you are looking forward to quit smoking, then here are a few ways you can get started:

•    First of all, make up your mind that you want to get rid of this habit. Once you are determined to do so, you can start with the rest of the process.
 
•    Fix a date from when you will be reducing the daily smoking. Since you can’t quit all of a sudden, you need to reduce the intake. 

•    Inform your family, friends and colleagues that you are curbing this habit. They can be helpful in motivating you and keeping you on track. 

•    Set a goal for yourself. For example, smoke 5 cigarettes a day instead of 10 and similarly lower this count gradually.
